To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Items marked as final sale
Return & Exchange Process

Refund Process

Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process your return. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by DivaLook Shop.
